Work Scope：

1. To provide satisfied services to our customers and sales team, with professional PCB knowledge and full quality handling experiences.
2. Keep good relationship with factory's process, research, and quality team, and be aware of the factory's advantages, disadvantages, capabilities and willingness.

Job responsibilities:

  

1. Customer visits with topics regarding technologies/DFM/quality demands/claims.

2. Focus on Rigid-flex, high layers, back drill, High speed, HDI and some other special technologies for technical supports to the customers.

3. Keep close communication with factories about the capabilities, willingness and the customer expectations, so that to make the customer designs manufacturable with reasonable cost.

4. DFM and technical supports

5. Local supports for the claims.

6. Technical seminars.

7. Internal Training.

8. Quality and technical Data collection and reports.

                

 

  

Job requirements:

  

1. 5 years and above PCB manufacturing experiences in well-known PCB factories.

2. Engineering background is preferred.

3. Good communication skills/attitudes with the customers/factories.

4. Professor of the process details is preferred.

5. Good English listening/writing/speaking, but basic speaking is acceptable.

6. A good team player.

7. Customer awareness.
