Roles and Accountabilities 岗位职责:

To conduct routine predictive, preventative and breakdown maintenance on all types of instrumentation and electrical equipment in all areas of the Terminal and Pipeline, while adhering to all safety requirements and policies so to ensure reliable equipment. 根据公司规章制度和安全要求, 对接收站和输气管线内所有电仪设备进行日常, 预防维护和应急维修以确保设备可靠性

Principal Activities 主要工作:

? Conduct routine, predictive, preventative, and breakdown？？maintenance on a variety of electrical and instrument equipment in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner, in accordance with manufacturers specifications and safe operating procedures, to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized. 

根据设备规格书和安全操作程序, 安全,及时, 高效和正确的进行电仪设备的日常, 预防维护和故障检修工作.

? Ensures the reliability for Instrument, control electrical system including equipment such as the DCS, Fire & Gas system, ESD system, SCADA system, and 110KV substation.确保仪表可靠性，控制电气系统，包括DCS、火气系统、ESD系统、SCADA系统和110KV变电所等设备。。

? Draft and implement the MOC plan to improve the reliability of electric and instrument equipment. 根据现场实际需求计划及实施改造方案以提高设备的可靠性。

? Supervising and signing off the work of contract staff as authorized by Instrument and Electrical Manager.在电仪经理的授权下监督仪电承包商的工作。

? Commissioning and start-up for the added instrument and electrical equipment according to the project plan.根据项目计划对新增的电仪设备进行调试和投产。

? According the company correlative safety procedure to inspect the electrical equipment and I/E safety training to the contractors.依照公司的相关程序对进入现场的设备进行检查和相关人员的电仪安全培训。

? Assist in the promotion of a positive safety culture so that？？safety is main priority. 积极推广安全文化以体现安全***的理念.

? Solicit feedback on service provided so to ensure that the needs of the Operations group are fully met. 积极收集反馈意见以满足操作的需求

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述:

? Prepare for maintenance by assisting in the allocation of？resources for all routine and breakdown maintenance jobs, supervising and signing off the work of contract staff as authorized by Instrument and Electrical Manager in accordance with safety regulations/procedures so to ensure adequate resources and quality work. 利用配置的资源准备日常维护和故障检修工作, 依据安全规章制度或程序, 在电仪经理的授权下, 监督和验收承包商的工作. 

? Implement the preventive maintenance procedure to keep the instrument and electrical equipment in good condition.实施预防性维护以保持电仪设备处于良好状态。

? Draft and promote relevant work procedures and regulations, keep reviewing and updating them timely.起草和及时完善相关的工作规程和程序。

? Carry out daily and preventive maintenance on the low-voltage distribution system, transformer and 110KV ring net cabinet in the offtake station.对分输站中低压配电系统及变压器、110KV 环网柜进行日常维护和预防性维护。

? Responsible for safety operation of power supply system at offtake station and valve room.负责分输站、阀室的供电系统的安全操作。

? Arrange and report the relative label and materials according to the MAXIMO system work flow .根据MAXIMO的工作流程完成人力，材料等的计划和汇报。

? Carry out predictive and preventative maintenance？？by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts on all equipment in assigned area of responsibility in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and company procedures so to minimize downtime. 根据设备规格书和公司程序, 对负责的设备通过故障诊断, 修理损坏部分实行预防维护以减少停车时间.

? Maintain resources for work by ensuring that all？？special instruments, tools and relevant spares are available prior to repair work and returning same to tool crib attendants at the end of the job in order to minimize downtime. 确保所有专用仪器, 工具完好, 备件充足, 资源可及时利用. 并将工具和剩余备件及时返库.

? Foster and promote continuous communication between？？maintenance and operational personnel through briefing incoming shift personnel on all work in progress and by preparing and submitting shift reports to Instrument Manager on all repairs effected during shift so to ensure that all relevant personnel are aware of day to day activities. 积极的加强维修和操作人员的沟通, 通过准备和提交交接班记录, 简短向接班人员和电仪经理交接. 确保所有相关人员知晓每天的工作.

? Provide as required structured training sessions to key identified staff.

Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified; 

? 参与公司的应急演练或制度建设；

Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development;

? 参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报；

Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness;

? 为公司的安全生产提供合理建议；

Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation;

Work Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in a gas processing facility in the diagnosing and repair of electrical and instrument equipment. 至少5年在气体工艺装置进行故障处理和维修电仪设备的经历.
Minimum of two years maintenance experience in 110KV substation will be plus.至少2年110KV变电站维护经历。
Educational Background:
University degree in automation disciplines
本科学历，自动化相关专业
Other Competencies:
Good English writing and reading skills.良好的英语读写能力。
