Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients and provide professional service regarding their testing programs.

2. Maintain and build excellent client relationships by providing excellent levels of service.

3. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

4. Increase existing customer base through the use of well-developed marketing and sales programs.

5. Provide clients with reports and statistics about their testing programs.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales/marketing/customer service position in the quality and consumer product testing services industry.

2. Familiar with the international testing requirements for apparel, shoes and leather products.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Fluent written and spoken English.

5. College degree or above.
