职位描述


Accountabilities:


  • Develop logistics proposals for potential clients by gathering and analysing logistic data, defining project costs and applying WW group business development guidelines.
  • Receiving tenders, understand and summarize tenders’ requirements, business scope, schedule, resources needs, etc.
  • Organize and follow up the tender’s progress, and to involve necessary stakeholders in different stages, facilitate and move the progress on track. 
  • Follow up the status of all tenders opened or to be opened
  • Develop financial cost models, work out the P/L result for every potential projects to support the responsible leaders to make the decision.
  • Support to build up the sales tool of WW Logistics Service products, to make WW Logistics Services with stronger core competition power in the market.
  • Understand and analyse market trends, customer requirements, logistics competition and follow up the pipeline report on monthly basis.
  • Keep good communication internally with PDC, operation and finance team in China, as well as solution team and IT team globally, to get necessary support for new proposals development and cost study
  • Ensure a good representation in line with the company’s values and policies
  • Any other tasks assigned


Knowledge and skills:


  • University degree or above in logistics management or related areas
  • Good financial judgment evaluating, documentation and closing profitable business in alignment with the account strategy
  • Ability to document and present proposals in concise format, with a 'value added' approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English)
  • Innovative/creative thinking
  • 5 years or above working experience and 3 years or above experience in vehicle logistics industry
  • Ability to analyse customer requirements, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Project management and planning capabilities
  • Good understanding of IT systems and their capabilities
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and accept overtime work
