Investigate companies within the electronic sector in search of potential customers for NCAB Group.
行业调查,客户分析,寻找和开发潜在客户
Customer relations.
与潜在新客户建立联系
Prepare customer visits.
客户拜访资料准备(客户行业分析,需求分析,客户竞争对手分析,NCAB竞争对手分析)
Make customer visits.
新客户和既有客户拜访
Make sales calls to already existing customers and new potential ones.
潜在客户和现在客户跟进和维护,电话或当面拜访
Make quote follow-ups with customer.
RFQ跟进
Use sales tools established for NCAB Group sales persons, for example presentation material, agenda and account plan.
向客户演示PPT报告介绍NCAB,制定客户开发计划
Register all activities and relevant information obtained regarding already existing customers and new potential ones through customer visits, sales calls, quote check up′s etc in CRM System.
在公司系统中登记和维护客户信息,日程工作,如客户拜访&会议、RFQ跟进等
Update corresponding Customer Support Representative after every customer visits about the obtained information, changes, agreements, project etc.
与对应客户支持同事分享从客户前端拿到的最新信息
Decide price level for every customer and project in collaboration with corresponding Customer Support Representative.
与对应客户支持同事合作制定相关客户的价格和利润水准
Making and sending out quotations to customers when necessary
制作和发送RFQ给客户
Consult with MD in cases where setting credit limits or payment terms exceeds the terms as defined within the Finance Policy 7.5.1.
客户的信用额度和付款条款超出权限时向上级领导汇报决定
Maintain all parties affected informed about market changes and customer news.
定期汇报行业和客户动态
In case of suspicion or information about critical liquidity or economical situation of an already existing customer or potential one this information should be transmitted immediately to manager in order to affect an economical study of the company before accepting new orders or making new quotations.
实时掌握客户的经营和财务风险,及时向上级领导汇报,以便公司及时调整策略,规避风险
Consult manager on claims where value is significant

WHO ARE YOU?
You have at least 3 years experience from successful B2B sales in PCB industrial and some kind of documented sales education. Experience from the PCB business as seen as a merit.
电子或销售教育背景,至少3年的电子或PCB销售经验,有PCB销售经验优先
You are target focused with a strong will to develop and deliver results.
