Responsibilities and duties

1. Evaluate supplier KPI with measurable results and bring more innovation;
2. Foresee the potential risk or delay in comparison with the launch date and warning in advance;
3. Follow up customer‘s required date and manage the plan accordingly at filling plant;
4. Make rules between clients' need and suppliers' situation in order to set up a sustainable priority for each project;
5. Build a link between CS and Merchandiser by addressing the client's need and solving problems;
6. Alert about any delay or potential issue with feasibility analysis and suggestion in order to catch up the deadline;
7. Monitor component and FG stocktaking in each filling plant, monthly check ending stock with their PMC;
8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

                   

Qualifications:

1. Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Production planning, scheduling and Inventory control.
3. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills;
5. Excellent communication skills, outstanding team spirit and willingness to exchange knowledge;
6. Have experience work with BOM and familiar with the SOP of filling;
7. Strong analytical thinking and planning skills;
8. Fluent in English is MANDATORY
