Main Job Duties :

1.Support project managers on assigned tasks and events to ensure the project can be fulfilled smoothly in terms of time, scope, budget and quality.

2.Conduct data collection and analysis with internal partners or/and with external partners, as required.

3.Proactively work with cross-functional team members and collect perspectives for assigned projects/tasks.

4.Act as project manager to manage assigned projects through the whole life-cycle of project, initiation, planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling and closing.

5.Supporting executives or/and cross-functional team leads on others initiatives/tasks.

          

Requirements :

College or above

Good English skill is a must. 

Proficient skills and working experience in any Data and Data analytics is a MUST HAVE, such as SAP Webi, IBM BI, Python, or other equivalent analytics tools, etc.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Internet Explorer.

3-5 years knowledge/experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or in Project Management is preferred.

Familiar with SAP, PLM, Supplier Collaboration Vendor Portal, etc.

Be a fast learner and passionate with learning new skills/practice.

Good coordination skills that help liaise between the company and external parties.

Good communication skills in dealing with different levels of people.
