Requirement:

1. College or above in electronic or relevant field

2. More than 5 years working experience in testing or quality assurance role, familiar with E & E product, familiar with international standard, performance and reliability testing will be preferred. MNC background will be preferred

3. Good knowledge in APQP, FMEA, 8D etc.

4. Good communication in English

5. Working hard and team spirit

Job：

1. Setup product reliability specification for new development projects

2. Develop reliability test process

3. Setup reliability testing facility and lead in performing reliability testing

4. Analyze testing data and develop testing reports

5. Conduct Failure Analysis and propose improvement

6. Lead in customer quality issue investigation

7. Manage product quality performance over product life cycle

8. NPI supporting
