Job Responsibilities:

  

• To communicate with customers on daily basis;

• To communicate with internal department such as customer care, procurement and sales;

• Arrange booking according to customer’s requirement;

• Contact with factory to get the documents for customs clearance, check and deliver the documents to customs broker, follow up the customs process;

• Prepare shipping order, confirm the draft BL with customer care and customer for the BL content and type;

• Coordinate with agent to arrange booking, get mate’s receipt;

• Coordinate with shipping line to release the BL, provide the BL & shipping documents to customer in time;

• To supervise on monthly billing summary internally and externally, follow up payment status.

                

Job Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree or above education background, English or International Trade or relevant major;

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the import/export business or freight forwarder;

• CET 4, proficiency in spoken and written English;

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, such as EXEL Word.
