JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Conceptualize and deliver unique and breakthrough creative ideas grounded in consistent messages.

2. Participate in project initiation meetings to gain accurate information and provide corporate input for on- and offline project content curation and writing.

3. Determine tone, look and feel, style, structure and voice of editorial content, based on available space, knowledge of editorial principles, aesthetic sense and brand considerations.

4. Write, gather, organize, craft, distribute, maintain and facilitate approvals of content strategy; according to briefs.

5. Conduct research and use analytical skills to compile interview opportunities, internet links, photos, videos etc. and contact external sources for photos rights.

6. Edits own and others’ writing.

1. Knowledgeable of core brands while being a creative idea generator.

2. Present work in a compelling, influential manner with confidence that it meets business needs.

3. Maintain consistently on brand aesthetics of design and collaborate to understand, influence and define new design concepts.

2. Able to execute projects with full ownership and accountability with minimal guidance to process, product, design, concept, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1. University graduate in the fields of Creative Writing, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Advertising, new media or other relevant disciplines.

2. Native English Speaker / near Native English Speaker, solid knowledge of American grammar required; good command of other languages a plus.

3. Highly committed individual with a minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in social media, digital in-house or agencies.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills and comprehensive experience in digital writing and online content creation within varied channels such as digital, web, social, offline, etc. and digital photography (a plus).

5. Creative, resourceful team player who can work independently and produce on deadline in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment.

6. Portfolio to demonstrate creative ability including writing, editing, and production work.

7. Experience with luxury, global brands, branded content creation or product company content creation (preferred). Experience of social and online culture and trends.

8. Reliable, open-minded, organized, self-motivated, independent, flexible and detail- and solution-oriented strategic thinker.

9. Understand writing is subject to editing and feedback. Demonstrating proof-reading abilities.

10. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
