The role will be responsible for the new customer development in his/her responsible region or national team.

? Maintain continuity of region business - Collaborate with sales to protect & grow existing business.

? Management accounts

   - Take responsibility for all issues relating to the assigned customers (SMEs, small dealers)

   - Identify new business/growth opportunities in assigned customers base. Implement strategies and plans for development of new business/growth opportunities within assigned customers to achieve targets

   - Maintain continuity of business-maintain relationships and service levels to ensure the assigned customer loyalty

   - Work with support team to monitor and control AR in line with Company's policy

   - Work with support team to monitor and control Damage & Loss compensation in line with Company's policy.

? Accounts Service and Control - Proactively interact with customers, completing work to provide good service to customers, focusing on growth, customer intimacy and service to improve the satisfaction of customers.

? Customer Intimacy - Continually improve the customer experience and support the implementation of new tools, system upgrades and enhancements. Work with your customers to understand their business and priorities

Requirements:

? Minimum of three years’ relevant experience 

? Good communication and negotiation skills

? Strong verbal communication skills

? Strong customer service attitude

? Good problem-solving skills

? Ability and willingness to learn and implement learning
