1、根据项目的需求,完成设备的机械设计方案,并主导检讨其可行性；

2、对机构方面涉及到的各种技术图纸,文件的制作,跟进整改；

3、跟踪设计图纸的完成情况并对在此过程中发现的设计缺陷进行及时整改；

4、对零件的加工流程,性能,成本及技术风险等进行综合把关,对设备在各阶段所出现的技术疑难问题进行有效处理；

5、标准件的选配,应用；

6、现场指导组装并辅助设计项目的调试；

7、按照项目进度和设计流程高质量地完成设计任务,配合项目的开发工作,全程跟进设备实现过程；

任职要求：

1、机械类专业本科及以上学历，3年以上非标自动化设备的开发设计经验优先，并有设计复杂自动化专机成功的案例；

2、机械自动化的理论知识扎实，对机械结构和传动、机械材料、加工工艺有实际应用经验，能独立完成整套全自动设备的开发设计及其调试工作；

3、对步进、伺服、联轴器等FA器件选型，扭力和惯量计算熟悉；

4、对滚珠丝标，线性滑轨等FA标准件选型熟练；

5、对气动液压原理熟练并能出气路图，对气动元器件选型熟练；

6、能熟练使用设计软件及办公软件；

7、对控制原理了解，并能为电气控制工程师提供选型建议。

8、熟练使用画图软件；

9、具有较强的问题解决能力，计划执行能力，一定的沟通能力。
