岗位职责：
负责工厂电气自动化控制系统技术方案设计、技术交流、电气自动化设计、编程、组态及调试工作；

1、负责电气设备选型及预算，例如各类传感器，低压电器，变压器，伺服，PLC等；

2、负责柔性生产线中自动物流系统的底层PLC控制设计、开发和编程；

3、负责工业机器人编程、仿真及示教；

4、负责自动化物流系统的客户现场安装调试及操作培训；

5、负责系统调试、编制设备操作、保养维护等操作规范和作业指导书；

6、负责项目的各种文档的编写，包含元器件使用手册，设备说明书等；

7、负责数字化工厂的电气系统搭建、通讯标准的制定，数据采集传输等。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化、电气专业，10年以上工作经验，有数字化无人工厂从业经验优先；

2、精通PLC软件开发，PLC通讯/总线协议与接口（TCP/IP、CAN、Profibus等）；

3、熟悉市场上常用的机器人品牌，如ABB、Fanuc、KUKA，至少精通其中一种的配置、示教、编程与调试；

5、精通气动元件、伺服、各类传感器等的应用、调试；

6、精通Siemens、三菱、OMRON、松下等品牌的主流系列PLC其中一种、熟悉SQL语法及oracle、mysql或sql server等其中一种数据库操作优先；

7、精通常用的各类通讯协议、上位机软件***。
