职责描述

1、 负责阿里巴巴、亚马逊、Made in china等国际站整体规划及团队管理；

2、 负责阿里巴巴国际站营销及推广，利用橱窗及外贸直通车（P4P）引流，提高店铺/产品排名及点击率，浏览量及转化率；

3、 通过引擎搜集行业关键词，结合买家行为数据分析，拓展精准高转化关键词；

4、 利用其它各种网络平台，搜索引擎等提高阿里平台访问率和转化率；

5、 分析每日产品、客户跟踪及营销数据等运营情况，统计数据，发掘问题点，提出有针对性的解决方案；

6、 如何让行业成为TOP1；

职位要求：

1：至少有三年以上阿里巴巴国际站业务推广工作经验，熟悉阿里巴巴的规则；

2：英语达6级以上，听说写流利；

3：有激情、有责任心、有团队组织能力和管理调动能力；

4：有良好的学习能力、沟通能力、执行力和抗压能力；

5：年龄：25-45岁，身心健康；

薪资待遇：

底薪150-300K + 个人绩效奖+ 团队提成+ 团队奖励 + 年底分红 = 年薪
