1、根据公司产品风格产品定位，提交所负责系列的设计策划提案（包括款式、面料、颜色、流行趋势）；2、按设计部领导的工作计划与安排进行市场调研、对调研结果进行分析并向部门领导提交调研报告；

3、按规定时间完成产品设计图稿，并不断提高设计效率，使产品符合市场要求；

4、参与面辅料的选择与确定工作；

5、完成所负责系列产品的创意设计，并完成与相关技术、材料同事的沟通工作；

6、收集、反馈同行业流行趋势动态信息，为产品设计提高素材； 

7、负责产品设计资料的收集、整理及存档管理工作；

8、确认并整理样衣，为品评会、订货会做好准备；

9、完成上级领导交办的其他临时任务。

任职要求：

1、服装专业专科及以上学历，3-5年相关工作经验。

2、能独立完成针织类季度开发，有时尚女装设计经验者优先。

3、熟练设计软件，如AI、PS，手绘功底强。

4、吃苦耐劳，团队精神强，抗压性强。
