职位描述：
1. Be responsible for external facing policy development, covering merchant, creator & commodity;
2. Optimize the policy for merchant enrollment, thereby contributing to the internal moderation policy;
3. Optimize commodity listing rules and define the product review and management mechanism;
4. Improve the risk control against the merchant & commodity by developing industry-specific policies and rules and creating brand qualification rules;
5. Monitor the critical data at the merchant enrollment and product listing stage, proactively address the problem and continuously monitor the ROI of safety control to improve the overall credibility for e-commerce.
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in science and engineering;
2. More than 3 years of e-commerce operation or related work experience. Previous position in regulatory affairs, technical compliance related areas are preferred. Working experience in large Internet companies is preferred;
3. Quick learner and good at communication, be patient and diligent, team player;
4. Adapt to the fast change of working atmosphere, able to work under pressure.
