职位描述
1.Formulate Marketing Master Strategic plans and ensure the sound execution in region for correspondent brands.
2.To work with marketing team and field team in annual ethical budgets planning & review.
3.Maximize impact from each National & Regional level Medical marketing programs aligned with the Brand Strategy as a quality controller for the implementation of Brand Strategy.
4.To take charge of national medical related educational activities resources planning (sample, DA & literature reprint, premium, HCP program) and deployment down to region level
5.To collaborate with BA department to monitor MJ ethical activity execution according to WHO code and local government guideline to ensure compliance.
6.To improve & maintain an A&P tracking mechanism to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
7.To direct planning and implementation of nation-wide HCP program and CS event annual budget guidance
8.To develop close relationship & cooperation with ethical key opinion leaders, national medical associations and governmental authorities for nation-wide medical program/seminar sponsorship.
9.To provide support to Marketing and Trade’s growth project initiatives
10.To coordinate hospital channel related marketing research projects.
任职要求:
1.Familiar with Infant Milk formula category and aware of variance along the value chain
2.Deep knowledge in the pediatric and obstetric environment about pregnant & infant nutrition. And knowledge of healthcare professional behaviors and needs, understanding HCP influence on the behavior of the end user of MJ products and services.
3.Knowledge of internal and field sales functional roles and responsibilities.
4.Knowledge of effective communication and how to impact and influence people
5.Mastery of business administration including brand/promotion management, financial principles, operation rule and strategy management, etc.
6.Awareness of competitors in INF industry and understanding of how to develop effective competitive entrance strategies in ethical side.
