知名自控产品研发制造外企 Procurement Project Management Specia

Key Responsibility:
? Take full responsibility on project sourcing to achieve project goals and overall performance of material and services productivities, OTTR, AWPOT and Terms & Conditions.
? Closely work with Sales, Estimation and program managers to engage during bidding phase & develop sourcing strategies to increase proposal win rate
? Negotiate contract or PO price with suppliers when bidding phase.
? Engage with program managers to finalize pricing and facilitate procurement during project execution. Monitor performance of critical suppliers or scopes
? Conduct Sourcing operation analysis, analyzing/identifying critical sourcing commodities/parts, spending, vendor business allocation and market supply situation with related internals and externals
? Identify and develop suppliers to meet global requirements on quality, performance, HOS, service and price. Leverage HPS and Honeywell China suppliers to develop strategic supplier.
? Participant supplier qualification process and attend common assessment as required.
? Drive successful project implementation, follow up part validation and ensure flawless launch. Developing and maintaining daily purchasing process and operations
? Monitor subcontractor HSE management.

Skill & Ability:
? Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Automation Control or relative engineering majors. Master Degree is also acceptable.
? Enough knowledge on mechanical engineer terms, and hardware.
? 1-3 years mechanical/Electronics commodity sourcing, procurement or relative working experience in foreign investment company.
? 1-3 years working experience with cross functional team and globally is preferred. Experience in Automation Controls or Pharmacy industry preferred
? Excellent negotiation and communication skills
? Knowledge of English language preferred
? Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
? Communication skills: Good English Oratory and Written skills
? Good interpersonal and Presentation skills
