? Set the installation plan once the sales contract been confirmed and lead the project to achieve each mile stone in time

? Apply project management methodologies and practices and lead projects with complex stakeholders across multiple geographic.

应用项目管理方法和实践，领导跨越多个地区的复杂利益相关者的项目。

? Conducts periodic reviews with the team, monitors daily dashboards, provides guidance and support to the team to ensure delivery predictability and compliance

与团队进行定期审查，监控每日仪表盘，为团队提供指导和支持，以确保交付的可预测性和合规性

? Plans and monitors the resource deployment (team size, span, shift utilization, skill sets, technology rollout) and ongoing monitoring for the process to ensure budget and pricing assumptions compliance

? Good communication skill, keep very close contact and good relationship with customer make sure we can get the enough support and also customer knows the progress on daily basis

Requirements:

任职要求:

? At least 5 year experience in laser cutting business, familiar with Bystronic product will be a plus

至少5年激光切割业务经验，熟悉百超产品者优先

? Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree holder and above, overseas education is a plus

本科或以上学历，海外留学经历者优先。

? understanding of business and effective management and communication.

? Good command in comprehension and articulation of the English language;

? Good command of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
