Position Summary

 

The Digital Project Manager will bridge the communication between Business functions and Digital team and will be leader to drive all the strategic digital roadmap project executions that help to:

 

-           deliver high quality projects to meet business growth requirements.

-           deliver the full set of e-commerce and retailing solution

-           drive the transformation of digitalization

 

General Responsibilities

- Build trusted partnership with business, functional and end-user stakeholders, work closely with function teams to enable operation smoothly and effectively.

 

- Collaborate with the business stakeholders to develop digital opportunities, be proactively engaged with multi-teams to work out digital solution by leading the discussion, taking responsibility and new technology adoption.

 

- Works with business process owners to develop detailed understandings of the business expectations and align the Digital cost charge back with business

 

- Leads process for evaluation of related systems and solutions. Identifies impact of change on business process and tools in order to make a recommendation for effective business process solutions.

 

- Manage the overall project lifecycle in a diversify team with local / global or internal / external resources to meet / exceed the stakeholders expectation.

 

- Responsible for system realization, develop functional specification, prepare user testing case, perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training.

 

- Manage and develop the solution team to ensure the solution readiness capability meets the business growth requirements.

 

- Strategically prioritize projects with quality, time and cost in mind and be able to multi-tasking when required.

 

- Manage the relationship with external vendors to ensure the project and solution delivery

 

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle requirement changes in a propriate manner.

 

Requirements

 

Education: Bachelor degree holder with Computer or IT engineering discipline

 

Experience & Background

•  7+ years' experience in a related position in a multi-national corporate retail environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication.
• Project management experience in a cross-functional implementation team without direct authority for the resources.
•  Advanced analytical skills required for evaluation of the effectiveness of business process.
• Be fully-versed in the implementation and go-live support process of business systems and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Open minded and willing to take on challenges
• Good understanding of Social CRM will be a plus.
