1.规划和设计系统的整体架构，包括技术架构和业务架构并实现原型；
2.在技术上指导和监督整个团队，并对逻辑概念，性能和可扩展性进行检查
3.负责新技术的研究探索和技术积累，进行关键技术的技术验证
4.对开发人员架构培训和技术支持，解决技术难题

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历，8年以上开发经验，5年以上系统架构设计经验；
2、精通软件体系结构设计原理，熟练掌握Java语言以及面向对象的分析与设计模式；
3、具备高可用、高性能、高并发、高扩展系统设计经验； 熟练操作主流关系数据库；熟悉SOA参考架构及技术标准；
4、精通Java web开发，Spring、Hibernate、Mybatis等开源框架，熟悉HTML5，CSS3，JavaScript等web技术，Jquery,AngularJs等主流前端开发框架；
5、熟悉性能优化、系统安全；
6.良好的团队合作精神. 思路开阔，创新能力强，对新技术持有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术的探索和研究。
7.具备日语3级以上水平，日语读写能力良好,熟悉并愿意遵从日本项目工作习惯与流程
有以下经验者优先
1,云平台架构相关经验(OpenShift, Docker/Kubernetes)
2.微服务系统架构相关经验(Spring Cloud)
