岗位职责：
1、进行RFID阅读器天线、标签天线设计：高频、超高频阅读器天线与标签天线，等设备产品开发；
2、配合销售部门进行INLAY及相关材料的选型，样品索样，样品制作，识读效果测试等；
3、RFID阅读器天线及标签天线的选型（包括手持机，桌面阅读器，通道阅读器），功能分析，技术支持。

任职要求：
1、应用电子技术、制动化控制、无线电、微波等专业，大专以上学历；
2、能够独立完成天线设计，对产品方案设计、器件选型到最终产品输出独立开发能力；
3、熟悉产品开发设计及生产流程，熟练使用天线开发软件及仿真软件；
4、较强的工作分解及工作规范文档编写能力；
5、对物联网概念的了解及对无线射频技术及 RFID电子标签、天线、阅读器等了解者优先。
