Function

-      Maintain good communication between buying team and suppliers. To let suppliers well informed our quality standards.

-      Build up and manage product technical sheet, quality criteria.

-      Continuous management of the suppliers’ performance and the corrective action plans.

-      Check the sample quality under requirement of buying team.

-      Ensure that the products comply with the general tests and norms, should follow confirmation sample and our packing standard.

-      Handle quality issues and communicate with buying team to find solution.

-      Be proactive and can make fast decisions when encounter problems.

-      Search good manufacturer rather than the trading company.

-      Need frequent travels for business.

-      Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Profile:

-      College degree or above

-      At least 3 years in related industry

-      Good written and oral English

-      Open-minded, see yourself as a team player

-      Willing to work flexible hours

-      Willing to travel all around China

-      Ability to work under pressure when needed

-      Ability to make quick competent decisions under necessary circumstances

工作职责：

• 按要求检查样品质量并作出报告；
• 检查供应商产品，确保与样品相符与合规，并作出报告；
• 建立和管理产品技术表，质量标准；
• 处理质量问题，与采购团队沟通，寻求解决方案；
• 持续管理供应商绩效和修正措施；
• 寻找好的制造商而不是贸易公司；
• 经常出差；
• 上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

• 大专以上学历；
• 3年以上相关工作经验；
• 良好的英语读写与口头表达能力；
• 愿意弹性工作；
• 愿意在中国各地出差；
• 能在压力下工作；
• 能迅速处理问题；
• 良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力。
