1. Coordinate and manage new product introduction and running

    

2. Overall project schedule management, monitor progress according to the customer's schedule, and guide project decision making to adhere to schedule targets.

    

3. Prepares materials for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

    

    

    

      

    

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

    

1.  Bachelor or above degree in EE or a related field;

    

2. 3+ year experience in a PM role

    

3. Must have knowledge in FFC/FPC/Connector

    

4. Proficient in communicating in English, both writing and speaking

    

5. Able to work under high pressure

    

    

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    

1. Solid project management skills.

    

2. Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management.

    

3. Skill in New Product Development project/program management,
