职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive day to day secretarial and administrative duties to the China GM on a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including calendar updating, meeting scheduling and travel arrangement
Provide general administrative support to the China management team, coordinate and set up monthly management meetings, align with business units and follow up on agreed actions items
Host and support local/regional/global visitors and coordinate their business activities, visit plans and other logistics arrangement
Responsible for administration of GM’s files, company key documents and all types of company license, management all company seals according to the company policy
Gather, screen, verify and analyze the incoming correspondence, inquiries and information for GM’s judgement and approval
Plan, facilitate, organize specific events / meetings / conference and company activities as assigned
Assist the GM in building the effective communication channel with internal/external business partners and stakeholders
Support GM on various PR communications, social activities and government affairs
Develop a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, newsletters, articles, films to reach a defined target audience in the best way. Plan and manage all resources involved in a communications project.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in English literature, economics or business administration
5-8 years of relevant working experience in secretary / PA, preferably with PR background;
Business fluent Chinese and English, excellent in both written and verbal;
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint applications;
Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality
Work accurately and independently with minimal supervision;
Excellent customer-service awareness,self-motivated, extremely well-organized
Outstanding inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor;
