Job responsibilities:

1.According to the market reality and annual budget, formulate the annual market and marketing plan for the products, do a good job in market analysis and planning for each target channel, and formulate various marketing strategies and plans.根据市场实际情况和年度预算，制定产品年度市场和营销计划，做好各目标渠道的市场分析和规划，制定各种营销策略和计划； 

2.Responsible for the use of various channels of communication, do a good job of brand promotion, promotion, consumer education, etc., and control the budget; 负责运用各种沟通渠道，做好品牌推广、推广、消费者教育等工作，并控制预算； 

3.Analyze the market situation before the new product is listed, and formulate reasonable plans, including the planning of new products, market segmentation, determination of target consumer groups, and product positioning work to ensure that product sales meet expectations;对新产品上市前的市场情况进行分析，制定合理的计划，包括新产品的规划、市场细分、目标消费群体的确定、产品定位等工作，确保产品销量达到预期； 

4.Analyze existing products, maintain market competitiveness, and continuously increase product sales on an existing basis;分析现有产品，保持市场竞争力，在现有基础上不断提高产品销量； 

5.Coordinate the work of various departments, promote the planning and listing of new products, and conduct post-market management of products;协调各部门工作，推动新产品的策划和上市，进行产品的后市场管理； 

6.Focus on product promotion planning, including local promotion strategy and communication strategy, and achieve category management objectives;专注于产品促销策划，包括本地促销策略和传播策略，实现品类管理目标； 

7.Provide product management analysis report, give planning advice on product performance improvement;提供产品管理分析报告，提出改进产品性能的计划建议； 

8.Manage and train department staff, formulate and supervise function internal assessment;管理和培训部门员工，制定和监督部门内部考核；

Requirements :

1.Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent discipline with good professional foundation and knowledge;本科或以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或相关专业，有良好的专业基础和知识； 

2.More than 5 years marketing working experience in food fast-moving consumer goods market; 5年以上食品快速消费品市场营销工作经验； 

3.Deep understanding in product and brand management;对产品和品牌管理有深刻的理解； 

4.Strong ability of data analysis, used ACNielsen data;较强的数据分析能力，使用AC尼尔森数据； 

5.Excellent communication, coordination and planning skills;优秀的沟通、协调和计划能力； 

6.Good at team management and can motivate the team to achieve target;善于团队管理，能激励团队达成目标； 

7.Be willing to work under pressure and accept frequent business trip;愿意承受工作压力，能接受经常出差；
