Position: Sr.Molding Mark Equipment Engineer

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of control equipment FMEA, machine operations instruction and PM work instruction.

2. Participate in all equipment related continuous improvement effort and activities to achieve company quality and business goals.

3. Performs tests, takes measurements, and maintains equipment logs and preventive maintenance sheets.

4. Develops and execute effective PM plans for related Supporting equipment’s. Ensure PM and calibration system meet ISO9000/16949 requirements.

5. Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.

6. To document maintenance procedures and process control, periodically review & make action plans.

7. Efficiently performs all tasks assigned to completion.

8. Utilizes good written and verbal communication skills.

9. Assist in performing calibrations/Insures calibrations are performed and documented according to the calibration schedule.

10. Assist in performing within the department and interdepartmentally as a team player in a teamwork environment.

11. Responsible for installation and ensure functionality of all ESD requirement in production area.

12. Utilizes SPC tool to analyses, control and improve production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment performance.

13. Drive suppliers on all the open issues & improvement projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors.

2. At least 5 years of work experience focus on Marking/Molding/Package grinding/equipment engineering related field, Strong hands on & engineering management for assembly equipment.

3. English, fluent in listening / speaking / reading / writing, CET-4 is required.
