主要工作内容和职责：

- 根据操作流程处理客户货物。

- 确保每天完成客户所有的订单，数据/报表管理完成，系统按时完成。

- 及时回应客户对货物的询问，主动、及时反馈给客户每日订单状态。

- 与项目的其他成员紧密配合，满足客户的其他需求，解决日常操作问题。

- 必要时应跟踪货物的订单情况，与客户进行及时沟通。

- 准备月度报表给客户。

- 接受和处理来自客户或工厂的特殊需求或指示。

- 整理相关文件，及时进行回寄，归档存档。 

- 熟悉经营费用要求，提供单据以便结算部门进行结算。

- 完成主管指派的其他工作 。

任职要求： 

- 大专及以上学历； 

- 有1年及以上物流客服相关工作经验； 

- 有较高的工作效率，电脑操作技能熟练；

- 英文具备良好的读写能力；

- 接受六天上班制要求。
