Web Software Developer Job Description

Responsibility

• Define the structure and design of web pages
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
• Developing and maintaining server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability and high-performance back-end services for various business processes.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Integration of data storage solutions including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or 3+ years’ experience in web development.
• Mastering one of the following languages, but not limited to, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular, Node, Express, etc.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive desgin
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling
• Familiar with RDS (i.e., MySQL / PostgreSQL) / NoSQL (i.e., Redis / MongoDB) / MQ (i.e., RabbitMQ).
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Familiar with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
