KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    

    

· 为中国区提供销售支持

    

Providing sales support in China

    

· 寻找新供应商和新产品

    

Sourcing new vendors and new products

    

· 开拓新的客户及市场，完成业务的洽谈、签约和风险控制

    

Developing new clients and market, completing business negotiation, contract signing and risk control

    

· 管理现有供应商，并与之谈判，以改善产品质量，价格，贸易条件，合规要求，最小订货量，产品交付时间和包装要求

    

Negotiating with and managing existing vendors to improve product quality, pricing, trading terms, compliance requirements, minimum order quantities, product delivery timelines and packaging requirements

    

· 订单管理，跟踪交付，解决销售经营过程中存在的问题

    

Order management, following up the delivery and solving the problems in sales operation.

    

· 与财务团队保持密切联系，协助销售过程中的交付及发票问题

    

Liaising closely with finance team to assist with delivery and invoice issues in sales process.

    

· 维护客户关系，处理投诉

    

Maintaining relationship with clients and managing complaints

    

· 参加贸易展，了解新趋势，与利益相关者分享有关见解

essential requirements

    

· 大专及以上学历

    

College degree or above

    

· 5年及以上工作经验

    

5 years working experience or above

    

· 生鲜蔬果销售经验，渠道销售经验，商超餐饮销售经验，采购经验，跟单经验优先

    

Prefer to sales experience of fresh fruits and vegetables, channel sales experience, supermarket & catering sales experience, sourcing experience and merchandising experience

    

· 优秀的书面表达能力，口头表达能力，谈判能力及说服能力，善于交际

    

Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills both verbal and written, sociability

    

· 有出差需要

    

Travel will be required

    

· 可在家办公
