职位描述

Support the roll out of the LEAN - Manufacturing in our different factories. Take over tasks, implement and realize projects in our companies in cooperation with the local organization. Share the knowledge of Lean manufacturing.

- understand Buhler lean concepts. Responsible for workshop lean manufacturing and 5S activities implementation and continuous improvement

- understand current factory organization and workflows. Participation in the development of the production efficiency and its methodology respect;

- Carry out objectives of process productivity with production managers and GMs in our various factories in China;

- Transfer basic lean knowledge to front line superviwors and operators and assist for lean culture building in the organization;

- Follow up continuous improvement projects and condut on site observation and audit to make sure actual actions accruing at workplace.


任职要求
- Bachelor degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Mast Degree is a plus

- with direction Production / Planning / Logistics / Lean

- 2+ Years or more of working in a maniufacturing plant (Machanical or electrical) with experience in faclilitating lean, 6 sigma or TQM

- know how in manufacturing technologies, such as sheet metal and machining;

- know how and practical experience in production planning;

- know how and practical experience in implementation of lean concepts in production areas;

- International mindset/experience is an advantage;

- Professional skills: basic skills for factory organisation, processes, workflows, economics;

- Methodical skills: experience in project management and change management;

- Personal skills: systematic, strucutred, analytical, english in speaking and writing, Proactive communication-behaviour to all levels, interpersonal skills; Non-authority influencing;

-creative, open minded, communicative, target oriented, supportive, passionate, perseverance.

- Location at Wuxi, Changzhou, Shenzhen.
