岗位职责：

1.收集供应商五证资料，合同，制合同审批表走流程供应商信息表

2.产品合同合同归档管理，记录跟进进度,合同登记表

3.订单（鞋包配）核价/谈货期/订单资料制作/订金申请季度各产品订单

4.与供应商确认出货标准/准备贴纸、吊卡等物料/协助

5.供应商约仓/质检报告收集/跟进大货生产进度

6.跟进安排需要质检的鞋品包包跟配饰质检报告，质检报告归档

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；

2.熟练使用EXCEL表格等办公软件，具有一定的数据分析能力；

3.执行力强，能在规定的时间内完成上级交代的任务；

4.良好的沟通能力，责任感强，要有上进心，主动细心，处事灵活。

5.负责完成上级领导交待的其他工作任务；
