Main Task & Duites：
1. Responsible for Elastomer production related raw material validation and development, especially FKM, silicon.
2. Work out process parameter and related controlling document for Elastomer products on the basis of new product developed plan
3. Bring in new tech for the improvement of process of Elastomer products, offer technical training for production operators.
4. Carry out root cause analysis and corrective action in response to process issues found in production。
5. Responsible for guiding and following up modification of equipment/machines, optimize process to improve efficiency.
Qualification：
6. Familiar with component of thermoplastic material & tooling structure, related production process.
7. Familiar with all sorts of chemical inspection & measurement equipment.
8. 8 years or above working experience in the area of thermoplastic rubber and plastic parts, heat compressing experience is preferred.
9. Willingness of working on hard-pressured environment for short period, strong team spirit .
主要任务及任务:

资格:
6. 熟悉热塑性材料及模具结构，熟悉相关生产工艺。
7. 熟悉各种化学检验和测量设备。
8. 8年以上热塑性橡胶及塑料制品行业工作经验，有热压工作经验者优先。
9. 愿意短期在高压环境下工作，有较强的团队合作精神。
