Qualification

任职资格：

1. 8年以上电子大型电子制造业工作经验

More than 8 years working experience in large electronic manufacturing industry

2. 年龄28-35岁，大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先。

Aged 28-35, college degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred.

3. 有ISO9001：2015内审员证书者优先

ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate is preferred

4. 英文四级以上，六级以上优先考虑。

CET-4 or above, CET-6 or above is preferred.

5. 主导过品管圈(QCC)活动，有六西格玛专案改善经验者优先

Experience in Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities is must，Experience in Six Sigma Improvement Project is preferred

6. 爱岗敬业，具备较强的文字功底、组织沟通能力, 学习能力和总结能力。

Love work, have strong writing skills, organizational communication skills,learning ability and summary ability.

7. 善于使用Excel和PPT制作质量相关的各种报表(点检表、周报、月报、总结报告、专案报告)

Be good at using Excel and PPT to make various quality related reports (spot check list, weekly report, monthly report, summary report, special report)

Responsibilities

工作职责：

1. 主导新产品质量管理，做好DFM/DFA评估，制定质量控制计划。

Lead the quality management of new products, conduct DFM / DFA evaluation, and formulate Quality Control Plan.

2. 制程质量管理:

Process Quality Management:

1）制定并管理IPQC首件检验和巡检点检表，管理半成品、成品样品。

Formulate IPQC FAI Checklist，and manage the golden sample of semi-finished products and finished products.

2）制作生产良率周报、月报，并召开会议推动相关部门改善

Prepare weekly and monthly yield reports and hold meetings to promote improvement of relevant departments

3）制程质量事件和不良品的裁定

Arbitrate the quality event and the nonconformity of semi-finished/finished products in the production process.

4）制程异常8D改善报告(CAR)开立, 推动并跟踪改善

Issue 8D Corrective Action Report (CAR) for process abnormal quality events, push and follow up the improvement.

3. 处理客户投诉和退(换)货

Handle customer complaints and return (exchange) goods

1）与国内外市场部同事合作，建立客户质量信息收集机制。

Cooperate with domestic and foreign marketing department colleagues to establish the Quality Information Collection Mechanism.

2）建立并完善客诉和退(换)货不良品处理流程，并对维修结果进行详细数据分析，召开会议推动相关部门改善。

Establish and improve the handling process of customer complaint and RMA (Return Return Merchandise Authorization) defective products, analyze the maintenance results in detail, and hold meetings to promote the improvement of relevant departments.

4. 监督工程变更通知(ECN)的发行和执行情况。

Supervise the issuance and implementation of Engineering Change Notice(ECN).

5. 推动质量改善专案及管理相关资料

Push Quality Improvement Projects and manage relative documents and files.

6. 协助质量经理制定各部门的质量目标，并更新月报表给总经理和管理者代表。

Assist the quality manager to set the quality objectives of each department, and report to CEO and the management representative.

7. 质量成本CoPQ统计

Statistics Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

8. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
