职位描述

Job responsibilities：

1.Establish and implement Nabati short and long-range goals, objectives, policies and sales operation procedure in major platforms ( exclude Ali) to maximize operation efficiency.

2.Capitalize general and vertical platforms opportunities, develop corresponding strategy, annual and monthly operation plan with cooperation with TP, distributor, and internal brand and e-commerce marketing team.

3.Co - work with internal team and external distributors & TP and flawlessly implements all sales and marketing activities to drive GMV and brand presence in operated platforms.

4.Explore Nabati brand presence in social and content eCommerce platforms with closely internal and external cooperation.

5.Disclose all marketing, product, operation opportunities in operated platforms, and translate opportunities into reality via. real time insights sharing, closely internal and external cooperation and strong functional leadership.

6.Daily supervise and coach team for skill enhancement and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities：

1.Bachelor degree or above, or equivalent discipline with good professional foundation and knowledge, eCommerce major is plus.

2.More than 5 years working experience in reputable FMCG or TP, minimum 3 years solid eCommerce experience, food industry with successful case is preferred.

3.Strong data analysis capability from data to actional insights.

4.Strong communication, multiple task management skill and can work under pressure.
