岗位职责:

Title: Supplier Development Production Leader

TEAM PROJECT：
For U$100M/2018, U$170M/2020 of Component business:
Anticipate Footwear process innovation
Enhance the supply and purchase management.
Enhance the supply and purchase management
Develop the local autonomy of component management

THE JOB OBJECTIVE:
* Source the local China suppliers and innovation processes.
* I lead all develop and duplicate products/projects efficiency and validation according to requirements.
* I confirm the technical requirement based on the process and supplier know how.
* I validate the Production control Plan of my perimeter (process/ product/supplier)
* I set up/implement/evaluate the Decathlon Production Requirement in my supplier on field
* I ensure that environmental and toxicology requirements are respected.
* I ensure that HRP and SD requirements are respected.
* Training and coach supplier D&I team, enhance their competency & skills and autonomy level.
* Project management. With ability to initiate, prioritize and drive projects to completion.
* Guarantee suppliers Development & Industrialization & Project performance and routine update the progress.

任职资格:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:
* Knowledge on textile fabric/complex/reinforcement component development
* Ability to work on Development & Industrialization and supplier management.
* Coaching and communication skills to lead suppliers autonomy and improvement.
* Skillful technical network communication in English (material requirement, test protocol...)
* Above 3 years of Develop & Indus experience or production experience (supplier management experience will be a plus).
* Able to detect, solve problems in Develop & Indus process and capitalize abnormal cases to different factories.
