Job Description:

• Open minded, passionate and self-driven. Always push the limit to achieve the best.

• Understand customer MCU requirements, work closely with TI's sales team to promote and secure customer design commitments for TI's embedded MCU families: MSP430, CONNECT and TI C2000 Microcontrollers.

• Work closely with customers to define system level h/w solutions and s/w architectures based around TI MCU;

• Directly provide on-site application demos, development tool training and technical support to customers.

• Using customer and competitive knowledge to tailor feedback to the product group for new product development

• Solve customer technical challenges from system prospective and work with sales team to WIN more sockets.

• Work closely with BU/SEM to close technical issues, scale winning solution.

  Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master level's degree in electrical & electronics engineering or related field.

• Have a system level architecture understanding of complex embedded systems: motor control, digital power, ….

• Familiar with MCU product hardware design and software coding.

• Experience on TI C2000 product will be a plus.

• Project experience on Motor Control and digital power design will be a plus.

• Good capability on both promotion and debug from system level.

• Good learning capability for new and innovated technology.

• Great ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

• Be effective at prioritizing tasks.
