Missions :

- Help Customer team into the design phase to provide a Packaging Product Development Request describing the  functional and aesthetic needs with technical details, process (coating, silkscreeing, electroplating, hotstamping, etc...), etc...

- Collaborate with suppliers to determine feasibility

- Provide functional options to customer with technical analysis

- Review drawing to meet customer functional needs

- Update the project document database accordingly following the project status (document issue for approval, approvals, etc...) 

- Manage sample requests and time control

- Track the packaging development project by updating the system, until the first production batch

- Provide day to day report to the management team and customer

- Provide preliminary timing for tooling (plastic, metal, glass, etc...), and check production capacity for leadtime (cavity, workforce for assembling,...)

- Provide a complete Packaging specifications to QC team to guarantee quality level required

- Define Bill of Material for production or assembling line.

Educational Requirements:

- Engineering Degree

- 5 years minimum in Product Development and Quality Control, experience in cosmetics packaging is perferred.

- Working knowledge of CAD software like AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS or PRO-E

- Power Point and Excel are mandatory;

- Fluent in English is MANDATORY
