Primary Responsibilities:
?Drive sales growth and generate new customers and business
?Drive the growth of new market/segments in the area
?Meet or exceed key metrics for Revenue, Operating profit, & Market Share.
?Effectively coordinates relationships and interfaces with Commercial Operations, Product Marketing and other functions.
?Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects.
Qualifications Required:
?Strong conceptual market knowledge and hands on experiences.
?Demonstrated team work skill.
?Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
?Able to cooperate and influence in a matrix organization.
?Result oriented individual with global mindset.
?Capable of bringing and demonstrating value to the region.
?Able to translate strategy into actionable plans.
?College Business English or related fields .
Desired
?Sales experience in an engineering plastics industry
?A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results including excellent market development skills.
?Commercial experience in a new business sales growth role.
?Solutions selling experience and the ability to sell the customer value proposition.
?Proven negotiation skills to achieve both customer and company needs.
?Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
?Proven ability to prioritize multi-faceted, fast paced job tasks. Proficiency with PC Applications used in the position including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Internet Explorer.
