工作职责：



完成公司分配的客户招聘策划工作，

协助销售顾问与客户的沟通；

协助公司完成人才数据库的构建，定期完成指定工作报表；

积极与同事展开全方位合作，完成上司安排的其他工作。



经验要求：



大专以上毕业；

1年以上人力资源招聘相关工作经历（条件好的应届毕业生可以考虑搜索专员的职位）；

愿意接受挑战，能在比较大的压力下开展各项工作；

善于思考，逻辑思维能力强；

英语听说读写良好。

收入：高底薪+高提成，年收入在3—20万
