职位描述
The Executive Assistance/Secretary will provide administrative support for Global VP of Operations in a diverse and growing organization.
Responsibilities
? Perform a wide variety of administrative support activities, including filing, taking minutes, preview documents etc., which require the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information.
? Develop presentations, agendas, correspondence and memoranda for a variety of internal and external executive populations.
? Establish meeting and agenda priorities, organize his trip travel schedules and staff meetings, ensure proper coordination of daily schedule whether at home or abroad.
? Review emails and screen his phone calls, responding as required, using discretion and judgment in gathering and conveying pertinent information in a timely manner.
? Interface with various Heads of Departments to follow-up on work matters on behalf of the VP
Qualifications/Requirements
? University Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of secretarial work experience, including at least 2 years in executive support in an international/ multination environment.
? Outstanding organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
? Able to work as a team player with others and promote Team Work & Good Morale.
? Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Outlook required.
? Outstanding interpersonal skills both in person and via phone / e-mail.
? Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive material and critical assignments in a professional, discreet manner.
? Must be flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities
? Able and willing to work extended hours when required.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Putonghua and English.

? The incumbent must be sharp, proactive, systems-oriented, disciplined, quick and pay attention to details.
? The incumbent should enjoy challenges, cheerful and good manner with professional attitude
