·         Collaborate and communicate overall Cherry Software- design and approach to a project team of internal and external developers, hardware/firmware/electronic -suppliers, IT specialists and -development partners

·         Manage Software projects internally and with external (engineering) partners, customers and suppliers
according to ISO 9001, to the Cherry internal product development processes to usual project management tools and methods   

·         Create overview flowcharts, diagrams and programming instructions to guide programming team and to inform and teach the entire software project team

·         Review, adapt and maintain customer- and supplier- requirements and design changes (change management) and determine which parts of software are affected and adjust the related project processes

·         Support the Cherry Quality Manager to develop test scenarios and test cases - also with external test teams, review results of test cases and make adjustments, as needed, to ensure the Cherry IT Quality- and Security requirements (incl. data protection, meet legal requirements in the related target markets…)

·         Document all aspects of software, for ongoing maintenance and revisions and ensure that source codes, descriptions, intellectual property and other rights are organized so that Cherry and their partners can independently continue development and production anytime

·         Scope and prioritize all project activities (time schedule, develop project scope and objectives, measure performance, calculation, milestones, prove and negotiate contracts, manage specifications, cost- and quality control, handle escalations - by a comprehensive documentation

·         Analyze customer software needs and develop replies; negotiate with customers and users

·         Represent the company by visiting international customers, suppliers, partners to get feedback on projects, products and services

Basic Requirements:

·         Bachelor or master degree in IT or software -engineering, -programming, -design, -project management, (industrial/economics) engineering with focus on software or related disciplines or field of study is required;

• 4+ years experience in programming (desktop software and/or (mobile) apps), in software project management or software project engineering -preferable with experiences in PC or mobile hardware
• Gaming software knowhow and gaming- devices experience (keyboards, mice, headsets, software) is preferred
• Hands on experience on project management tools and methods like Jira, Microsoft project…

·         English and Chinese: perfect listening, speaking, reading,  and writing skill - excellent communication & negotiation skills

·         Good project manager, software professional, teamplayer, organizer and coordinator

·         Experience in agile Software Projects and Software Testing is a plus

·         Ability to lead and work well in a (international) team environment – preferable with intercultural experiences – esp. with software and hardware engineers

·         Be familiar with the applications of Microsoft office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook etc.

·         High willingness to travel (national, international and intercontinental)
