1. Accounting/Reporting

- monthly closing of staff costs and A&P expenses

- preparation of payments by verifying documentation, preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries, preparation of balance sheet and profit statement

- payment of fees and review of contracts; AP&AR management and tracking.

- Financial document management;

- Monthly cost analysis

- Provide financial support and to other functional departments, like HR, business, procurement, …

2. Tax/Audits

- Monthly/quarterly/annual tax reporting, statistical reporting, etc.

- Support internal and external audit tasks; prepare the annual final settlement of CIT.

- Monthly VAT declaration.

3. Others

- ERP related process maintenance and verification. Process improvement;

- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree, major in finance or accounting;

2. More than 5 years of financial work experience; comprehensive financial, tax and accounting knowledge, including tax refund

3. Familiar with financial laws and regulations and company system.

4. Solid statement analysis ability and accounting awareness;

5. Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and good at solving problems, attention to deadlines

6. Good communication skills, good relationship

7. Able to understand the requirements of the management, follow up closely, attention to details;

8. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing

9. Experience in the use and operation of ERP.
