岗位：制造中心副总

职责：

1、全面负责分管PMC/生产/技术/工程部门等，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作以及其他部门的协作，及时解决制造中出现的问题，参与公司战略制定讨论并带领团队完成制造中心落地执行；

2、负责计划交付管理，完善精益生产管理，持续优化生产制度流程体系，确保流程顺畅；

3、负责贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，合理使用和节约资源，材料，降低消耗，缩短生产周期，确保在提高产量，持续提升生产效率及品质、降低制造成本；

4、 负责制造中心的人才引进、培养、激励与保留，保持组织活力，建立有效的团队协作机制管理。

5、 新设备、新工艺引进与评估和管理， 负责自动化设备的管理工作；.

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，工科背景，33－42岁；

2、重生产成本和效率提升,计划管控能力强，注重品质管理、人才培养和团队管理；

3、有操盘中型企业电子制造业运营管理实战经验3年以上,有锂电池行业经验优先,且具备系统先进的管理理念,

4、具有很强的组织及策划能力、沟通能力和领导力，较强的逻辑思维能力，性格开朗、情商高，善于思考、充满激情。
