Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Tender Management Solution team, Central China;

2. Lead and manage RFQ/RFI/RFP and solution proposal for China covering all products by adhering to Tender Management process;

3. Review and analyze RFQ/RFI/RFP opportunities,risk,bidding terms and requirements;

4. Word closely with commercial, product owner to define pricing strategies and communicate with respective Area Tender Management Solution (TMS) team;

5. Coordinate with Area TMS team to prepare pricing proposal / Solution with competitive pricing;

6. Compile pricing proposals with P&L projection from Area, conduct quality check and support China Senior Management on pricing review;

7. Work closely with Product team to develop presentation/proposal for product solutions;

8. Submit proposal in timely manner, ensuring high quality consistency and data accuracy;

9. Maintain databases to keep track cost/tender progress and provide regular reports on tenders status and winning ratio;

10. Perform other ad hoc assignments, pricing analysis and projects as assigned by the management to support the business goals;

Education and Experience requirements:

1. Degree holder in related discipline;

2. Minimum 7 years managerial experience in freight forwarding industry;

3. Solid experience in pricing and tender management;

4. Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills;

5. Highly driven and independent personality;

6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

7. Versatile and Team leader quality;

8. Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel & Visio;

9. Proficient in both written and Spoken English & Mandarin;
