东莞招聘

1. Setup, maintain and monitor the process to meet specific Korean customer quality requirement;
2. Good communication skill with customer and internal team for any new customer requirement, and ensure the execution in process;
3. Lead internal team for any customer reported quality issues; drive for continuous quality improvement;
4. IPQA team and OBA team management;
5. Coordinate and lead internal team for any customer audit preparation, improvement action plan for any audit findings;
6. Review and approve the quality reports to customer;
7. Escalate any potential risk foreseen to minimize the exposure;
8. Key cusotmer contract interface and need to maintain good CSMP from customer;
9. Responsibile for cusotmer audit and support project success in Korean cusotmer;
10. Fluent Chinese and Korean is needed, good reporting skill in Korean; English needs read and write at least, speak English well will be great.
