This exciting role offers opportunity to:
? Responsible for month end closing process of CBI. Review P&L and Balance sheets, closing being completed with high quality and on time is required
? Assist ELX financial statements, forecast and profit plan, incl. CBI financial statements prepare and review, HC consolidation and upload, ensure data/reports accurate and consistent
? Coordination with supply chain operation and plant finance closely to provide reports as required for inventory, Capex, Mfg cost report and other assigned;
? Prepare ELX internal reports, including weekly margin report, support cost, vitality report, P&L by product line report, bonus tracking, ELX RSD preparation, price realization validation and AR aging tracking
? Quarterly SIP calculation with good quality
? Coordinator for Encore related memo accounts monthly actual/forecast and profit plan reporting, reconcile all the data for ELX and report each month on time and with quality
? Assist CBI Transportation in required reports
? Support other ad hoc requirements and tasks requested by management

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting/FP&A
? Solid finance/accounting/FP&A working experience in MNC for more than 5-8 years
? Be familiar with both PRC and US GAAP
? Good knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
? Good English both written and oral.
? ERP system knowledge, SAP/Encore knowledge/experience is preferred
? Capable to work in matrix organization. Good communication skill.
? Comfortable in high pressure of working
? Experience working and managing in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based experience
