Responsibility:
This position is responsible for projects with the purpose to improve safety and working environment as well as increase efficiency and capacity in container production. This includes modification of existing equipment as well as implementation of new equipment. Including but not limited to the following:
1.Project management
1) Project planning, including evaluation of new project and management tool, budget preparation, resource planning, supplier evaluation.
2) Project implementation. To ensure the project progress are in accord with the budget, specification and project plan, while comply with laws and regulation. To secure, manage and review required information and document, such as technical evaluation documentation, machinery documentation, project charts etc. Vendor and supplier performance management as well as to ensure high safety awareness during the project phases.
3)Project completion. To conduct the finishing work and sum up the project.
2. Personnel management
1) Ensure staff awareness of and compliance with company policies
2) Ensure that staff has sufficient skills to finish the tasks assigned to them
3) Ensure the sufficient back up for each position
4) Propose the training and development plan for staff.
5) Manage staff's daily work and teach the problem solving skill
6) Coach staff to work in systematic way and pro-actively
3. Other Ad hoc assignment

Requirement:
Experience within the area
1. Min. 6 years of experience with project management. Preferable within implementation of production machinery and equipment.
2. Min. 4 years of working experience in mass / serial production and preferable within heavy/steel industry.
3. Technical experience within one or more of the following areas preferred: Metal working, paint application, welding, automation in general.
Education background
1. Mechanical Engineer, production Engineer, B.S or above
2. Language: English (written and oral), Mandarin Chinese is preferred, however not a requirement
3. Microsoft Office, MS Project, 3D and/or AutoCAD
