This role is to take the lead for a wide range of topics and to gather relevant information to ensure a good communication. It is responsible to both build and maintain the trust our customers give us by accompany them.

- Communicate efficiently with the customers to provide them with the best service level

- Quality claims management 客诉管理

- Technical discussion and collaboration with customers to provide them with help and solutions to solve their problems

与客户进行技术讨论和协作，为客户提供解决问题的帮助和解决方案

- Working with internal teams and the factories in a continuous improvement mindset

以持续改进的心态与内部团队和工厂合作

- Follow the customers during the audit of the factories

在工厂审核期间跟踪客户

- Follow up of customers’ satisfaction 顾客满意度跟踪

Qualifications岗位技能:

1. Good English skills both speaking and writing良好的英语读写能力；

2. Strong communication skills. Being able to analyze, deal and summarize complex problems

较强的沟通能力。能够分析，处理和总结复杂情况；

3. Experience in foreign customers relationship management有国外客户关系管理经验；

4. Being proactive and customer oriented 积极主动，以客户为导向；

5. Working experience in PCB field with experience for customer complaint handling or quality management experience.有PCB领域的工作经验，有客户投诉处理或质量管理经验；

6. Knowledge of IPC standards and failure analysis would be appricable 熟悉IPC和故障分析；

7. Bachelor’s degree 学士学位。
