Strategic:

    

·         Management of all quality related activities within Loberon China and further Asian Countries such as Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand.

    

·         Daily Communication with Vendors, Partners and German quality team

    

·         Execute, develop and implement of risk based compliance-related activities within our quality strategy in cooperation with vendors and business partners (e.g. third party laboratories)

    

·         Maintain and improve existing quality standards (Inspection and Testing)

    

·         Analyze and overlook return rates and supplier performances and accordingly develop corrective action plans with the vendor and the Germany quality team

   

Operational:

    

·         Inspection and Test planning of QC-Team and in third party laboratories

    

·         Daily communicate with manufacturers and able to execute product on-site inspections per the standards and sampling which are given independently.

    

·         Execute final inspections to ensure orders meet quality requirements

    

·         Inspection report checking and communicate with vendors about re-working and re-inspection arrangement

    

·         Handling of claims and searching for solutions

    

·         Handling of EUTR Documentation and training for vendors who need support on EUTR Document Creation

    

·         Secure QC Standards in new product developments

    

Requirements:

    

·         Experienced in managing vendors and people in the area of quality

    

·         Understanding of product compliance in the consumer product industry like furniture, textile, accessories including product safety and material compliance

    

·         Good sense for quality trouble shooting and supplier evaluation.

    

·         Familiar with common European requirements like REACh, RoHS, Lamp testing standard, EUTR and further.

    

·         General Knowledge of production processes for consumer products

    

·         College graduated or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related;

    

·         Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; Skilled in Microsoft Office software
